Bukavu : la communauté Saint’Egidio réunit différentes confessions religieuses pour parler de la paix

Le respect pour la diversité religieuse culturelle peut contribuer à la coopération internationale, à la paix, la sécurité, et à la promotion d’un dialogue plus nourri entre religions. C’est le gros du message de la communauté Saint’Egidio dans la province du Sud-Kivu ville de Bukavu qui a organisé ce samedi 28 octobre 2023 une rencontre interreligieuse réunissant toutes les confessions religieuses se trouvant dans la ville de Bukavu et les chefs coutumiers.

Cette rencontre intervient dans le cadre d’amener les confessions religieuses à devenir les interprètes de la paix.

« L’audace de la paix » était le thème de cette rencontre.

Au cours de cette rencontre plusieurs intervenants ont exposés sur la question de la paix, entre autres, le révérend abbé Jean-Claude Ciza, directeur du Centre diocésain de la pastorale catéchèse et liturgie, CDPCL en sigle dans l’archidiocèse de Bukavu, qui a parlé de l’importance d’un dialogue interreligieux à Bukavu, s’en est suivi l’allocation des différents responsables de confessions religieuses nous pouvons citer la communauté de la foi Bahaï, les musulmans et l’église anglicane.

Faire taire les armes, une voie vers la paix un thème développé par Monsieur Pierrot Chambu professeur de droit à l’université officielle de Bukavu. Suivi de madame Néné Bintu qui a parlé de la contribution de la société dans le chantier de paix.

Prenant la parole, monsieur Bienvenue Bahati Maheshe responsable de la communauté Sain’Egidio rappelle que cette communauté a commencé par le Dialogue interreligieux initiée par le pape Jean-Paul ll, pour la résolution des conflits dans le monde.

Selon lui, beaucoup des gens ont la volonté d’apporter la paix et n’ont pas le courage d’aller jusqu’au bout pour l’instauration de cette paix. Bienvenue demande à tout d’aller au-delà des intentions de la paix. Bienvenue finit en ne disant que le fait d’intégrer les chefs coutumiers dans cette rencontre, car les cultures posent problème dans différentes communautés.

De son côté, Munyawabeli Serge, conseiller en charge d’éducation, développement communautaire et projet de la communauté islamique en RDC ; dit qu’il toujours participer dans ce dialogue, car il s’agit d’un intérêt public, pour les sources de conflits entre les gens ça dû au manque de l’information. Il encourage le fait que la RDC héberge plusieurs confessions religieuses et qu’il n y a pas la guerre entre les religions, comme dans d’autres pays.

Pour rappel, la communauté Saint’Egidio organise ce dialogue interreligieux pour mettre aux responsables de confessions religieuses d’être les artisans de paix, partout dans le monde et surtout mettre fin aux conflits et préjugés entre les églises.
