La course à la magistrature suprême s’annonce spectaculaire, tous les 24 candidats à l’élection présidentielle en RDC, viennent d’être retenus sur la liste provisoire des candidats, rendue publique par la Commission Électorale Nationale Indépendante , CENI dans la soirée de ce jeudi 19 octobre 2023.
Pour Patricia Nseya, rapporteur de cette institution, explique que selon la décision de la CENI n°116/CENI/AP/2023 du 19 octobre 2023, portant publication de la liste provisoire des candidatures déclaré recevable et irrecevable à l’élection du président de la République ; qu’après débat et délibération, la CENI a arrêté et publié la liste provisoire des candidatures recevable à l’élection du président de la république et qu’aucune candidature parmi le 24 n’a été déclarée irrecevable. Il s’agit de :
1. Rajabho Tebabho Sorobaro, Congolais Unis pour le Changement ;
2. Mutamba Tungunga Constant, candidat Dynamique Progressiste Révolutionnaire ;
3. Katumbi Chapwe Moïse, candidat Ensemble ;
4. Sesanga Hipungu Dja Kaseng Kapi Delly, candidat Envol
5. Anzuluni Isiloketshi Floribert, candidat indépendant ;
6. Baende Etafe Eliko Jean-Claude, candidat indépendant ;
7. Bolamba Tony Cassius, candidat indépendant ;
8. Busu Falay Georges, candidat indépendant ;
9. Ifoku Mputa Mpunga Marie-Josée, candidat indépendant ;
10. Kazadi Kanda Rex, candidat indépendant ;
11. Kikuni Masudi Seth, candidat indépendant ;

Les membres du bureau ayant en charge l’inscription des candidats ainsi que le secrétaire exécutif national sont chargés en ce qui le concerne de l’exécution de la présente décision qui entre en vigueur dès sa signature.
Rappelons que la publication de la liste définitive de candidat à l’élection présidentielle est prévue en date du 18 novembre 2023, soit la veille du lancement de la campagne électorale conformément à l’article 110 qui stipule que : « La campagne électorale est ouverte vingt-quatre heures après la publication de la liste définitive des candidats et prend vingt-quatre heures avant l’ouverture du scrutin. »
